I recently ordered three adjustable birthstone necklaces for my daughters for Christmas. When I received them I was so sad and disappointed to see that they were placed individually in small jewelry bags and had arrived in a tangle. I emailed right away intending to send them back. I was so looking forward to giving these to my daughters as one of their gifts so I tackled the job of untangling them. It took me five and a half hours to untangle three of them.
I received a phone call from ders24 but due to issues with my phone I was unable to speak with the customer service rep so she reached out via email with an offer of replacements being express shipped so they would arrive by Christmas and assured me that they would make sure they were packaged to arrive tangle free. The offer was exactly what I had hoped for but since they were already untangled there was no need for that. She also told me they were going to address the way the pieces are packaged in the future to ensure that they arrive tangle free and ready to wear.
Once the necklaces were untangled they were absolutely stunning and equaled the beauty and quality of jewelry pieces that I’ve purchased in jewelry stores. I am pleased beyond measure with these lovely necklaces and I am already planning future orders.
